Welcome to UMD's literary and arts journal, Lyceum.

Have you ever spotted a Lyceum rack? You know, the small, colorful books that are on display throughout the semester usually near the Michigan Journal rack? Many students on campus probably have, but not everyone knows what Lyceum is all about! Lyceum has been a fixture on campus since 1971. We're committed to not only publishing student art and writing and distributing our publication for free, but hosting a variety of academic and creative events on campus.
